Our sessions will include an assessment of your child's emotional intelligence and the exploration of expressive tools and techniques to help your child regulate their emotions and communicate more effectively. Additionally, optional onsite behavior assessments are available to gain insight into your child's behavior in their environment.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy is a unique therapeutic approach that utilizes rapid eye movements to aid the brain in forming new neuron connections while processing past and present events. If you struggle to express your emotions, this type of therapy may be ideal for you to help you move forward and overcome difficult experiences. Prior to starting EMDR, we'll discuss the various stages and framework involved, and evaluate whether it's the best fit for your needs.

Our parenting sessions offer clinical approaches that can be easily implemented in your day-to-day life to better support your child's needs and help them focus on what truly matters. We'll cover behavior and emotional management, communication and social skill techniques, as well as safety planning, depending on your main concerns. Our goal is to provide you with structure and guidance to help you achieve the family environment you desire.

During special events, school or in home sessions are sometimes preferred. Our goal is to set your child up for success when overcoming their fears while maintaining your family’s privacy. Please refer to Services under Teens & Children for onsite price.

Each session will be 50 minutes in duration, and the number of visits suggested will depend on the gravity and severity of the symptoms. As the client, you have the freedom to choose the frequency of sessions that best suits your needs. If multiple sessions per week are necessary, we can look into cost-effective alternatives.
